I think you're spot on--since you've completed both INE and IPX, you've been through most of the material. But speed and accuracy are key. The R&S lab (pre core questions) could be completed in about 4 hours if you didn't have to look anything up and didn't make any mistakes. The SP lab seems to take a minimum of 6.
